Meet Declaration Explained
Attending all of the swim meets is sometimes not possible. However, the coaches need to know when a swimmer will or will not be attending a meet. You can update your child's attendance at the beginning of the season and change the declaration If your swimmer will miss a meet. Please do not approach coaches at practice to discuss the absences, as it would be impossible for them to keep track of all of the changes. The ONLY exception to this, is an illness on the day of the meet
1. Login to the site.
2. Go to the SWIM MEETS and DECLARATIONS page
3. Click on the green "Meet Entry" box to the right of the meet that you need to change your
4. Click the green "Edit" button. Follow the prompts to change the availability to either "attending" or "not attending". If your child is attending, you can add an additional note for the coach if needed.
Failure to update your availability by Friday will result in your swimmer sitting out of all relays at the next meet.
Our first official meet will be on Thursday, June 7th. The deadline to make changes to your availability is Friday, June 1st.
